Montgomery County Humane Society
The Fund ordered a dual headed lighted
microscope which has arrived and is in use at the Society's Animal Shelter.
On March 13, 2004, the Fund presented the Shelter with a large collection of blankets, bedding, towels and dog toys, provided through the generosity of the parents, students and faculty of Rock Creek Forest Elementary School.

On March 26, 2004 the Fund made a second delivery of bedding and toys to the Shelter. 15 pet beds ordered by the Fund arrived and were in place. Every occupied cage now has beds, bedding and toys. |

While visiting the Shelter, the Wilsons fell in love with a 7 month old lab puppy, Bella, who is now a member of the Wilson family household.

On July 20, 2004 the Wilsons donated the black Miata which Heather so loved to the Montgomery County Humane Society. Coal was a frequent passenger in the Miata. The Miata was recently purchased by new owners, providing additional funds for use by the Shelter. |

July 28, 2004 -- Ellen Goodman of the Montgomery County Humane Society displays the September 2004 issue of the Society's Magazine, "Animail", which contains a tribute to Heather. She is surrounded by towels and blankets which are gifts from The River Falls Swim Team, collected by Katie Killeen.
